What Clodron is
Clodron is a technology company that builds AI automations and AI agents for sales, operations and customer communication, alongside web, app and e-commerce products. The team works from Izmir, Turkey and Berlin, Germany, and combines AI engineering with senior product design and development. The same team also ships web platforms, apps and SaaS, e-commerce, 3D experiences and Web3 products, so an automation project never gets stuck waiting for a separate agency to build the interface around it.
How an engagement starts
Every project starts with a short written brief. Send an email to berke@clodron.com describing the process you want to automate, the tools you already use and what a good outcome looks like. You will hear back from a founder, not a sales layer, and the first reply usually contains concrete questions about volumes, data sources and edge cases rather than a pitch deck.
From there the flow is deliberately simple:
- Discovery call: 30 to 45 minutes to map the current process, the systems involved and the failure modes worth automating away.
- Scoped proposal: a written scope with the agent's responsibilities, the integrations required, the human approval points and a delivery timeline.
- Build and review: short iterations with working software at every step, tested against your real data instead of demo data.
- Launch and handover: the automation goes live with monitoring, documentation and a clear owner on your side.
What to prepare before the first call
You do not need a technical specification. The most useful inputs are examples: five real emails your team answers every week, an export of the spreadsheet a process lives in, or a recording of how an order moves from inquiry to invoice. Concrete examples let Clodron estimate honestly and design agents around how your business actually works.
It also helps to know your constraints early. If customer data cannot leave the EU, if a legacy system only exposes CSV exports, or if a manager must sign off on every outbound message, say so in the first email. Constraints shape the architecture, and surfacing them late is the most common cause of rework in automation projects.
