An on-chain platform for evolving NFTs

Clodron's own web3 product: a marketplace, launchpad, name service and game studio built around equippable ERC-6220 NFTs on the Arc network.

The problem

Most NFTs are static images: once minted, they never change, and marketplaces treat them as simple listings. There was no platform built around composable, equippable NFTs where assets can gain parts, evolve and plug directly into games, all without leaving the chain.

The approach

We divided the ecosystem into marketplace, launchpad, name-service and game experiences, then connected them through a shared identity and wallet flow.

The solution

We are building Arclore as a four product ecosystem: a marketplace for ERC-6220 equippable NFTs where parts are composed and swapped on-chain, a no-code launchpad with audited contracts, allowlists and reveal mechanics, an ENS-style .arc name service, and a game studio, starting with a walk-to-earn GPS explorer game tied to NFT wristbands.

The outcome

Arclore is live on the web with its marketplace, launchpad, .arc names and the Explorer game connected to one sign-in. As our own product it also serves as a working showcase of what Clodron builds end to end, from contracts to interface.
