The problem
Generative video tools hand you a prompt box and a credit counter. Getting an ad out of that means guessing at scene counts, model choices and aspect ratios, and there is no point in the process where you can look at the work and stop before it burns more credits.
The approach
We fixed the pipeline instead of the prompt: brief, storyboard, render and ship run in a set order, with a live preview and a stop point after every stage.
The solution
The pipeline is fixed and the brief is the only input. Brief becomes a moodboard and a character sheet, the storyboard becomes chained scenes, the render returns a vertical cut with embedded sound, and shipping pushes to the connected channels with a performance snapshot afterwards. Playbooks cover the common verticals, so a first campaign starts from a template rather than an empty prompt, and the campaign panel keeps every run, its style notes and its credit cost on one screen.
