Clinical hiring across the Gulf, in two directions

A healthcare recruitment platform for the Emirates. Facilities post roles and review scored candidates, professionals keep one verified profile, and licensing and onboarding run through the same system.

The problem

Hiring a specialist into a Gulf clinic means matching a person to a role and then clearing a licence, a visa and an onboarding file, usually across three parties and a mail thread. Candidates re-send the same documents to every facility, and facilities cannot see how far along a licence actually is.

The approach

We separated the facility flow from the professional flow, then connected them through one verified profile that carries speciality, seniority and licence state.

The solution

Two entry points that meet in the middle. Facilities post a role, review candidates the platform has already scored, and hand licensing and onboarding to the same workflow. Professionals verify once and are matched against speciality, seniority, licence state and visa support, so the document set travels with them instead of being rebuilt per application. The whole product ships bilingual, with a right to left Arabic layout and an English one that share a single component set.
